Subscriptions and billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions on the same Google account, find the Webtulip app, and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Google Play. Open the Play Store, find the purchase under Account → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. For older purchases, write to us.

Why am I being asked to watch an ad?

Only when your Pro trial / ad-extension period has expired and you tap "Watch ad to extend." You can dismiss the prompt and continue using the free features; nothing auto-plays.

Floating-bubble apps (AudioDeck, BassBoost Pro, BubbleBay)

The bubble disappears after a while

Android can pause foreground services under aggressive battery management. In the app's Home screen, tap Allow unrestricted on the Battery card, and on Xiaomi / Oppo / Vivo phones enable Autostart for the app.

I tap the bubble and nothing happens

Make sure the overlay permission is granted: long-press the bubble and check the app's Home screen for any red "permission needed" card.

Reminder apps (Habit Streak Tracker, Medication Reminder, Plant & Pet Care)

Reminders don't fire

Two things to check: (a) notifications are enabled for the app (Android Settings → Apps → app → Notifications); (b) exact alarms are allowed (Android Settings → Apps → Special access → Alarms & reminders).

The alarm rings but I can't hear it

Check that your media / alarm stream volume isn't muted. Some apps let you choose a ringtone — try a different one in Settings.

Privacy and data

How do I export my data?

Apps that store user data (expenses, habits, notes) have a Share or Download button that exports a plain-text file you can save or send anywhere.

How do I delete everything?

Uninstall the app, or go to Android Settings → Apps → app → Storage → Clear data.
