What to write about

• Bug reports. Include your app name, version (Settings → About), Android version and a brief description of what went wrong.
• Feature requests. We read every one. Many shipped features came from email.
• Subscription / billing issues. First check the Play Store for refund status; if you still need help, write in.
• Privacy / data requests. Access, correction, deletion — we'll explain how to do each one in the app and confirm any server-side action.
• Media / partnership enquiries. Same address.

Response time

We aim to reply to every message within two business days. For privacy and data-rights requests we will respond within 30 days as required by applicable law.

What we won't reply to

• Cold pitches for tools, services or SEO.
• "Promote my app" or affiliate-link requests.
• Anything that looks like a phishing attempt.

Postal address

We don't publish a postal address by default. For legal correspondence, write to admin@webtulip.com and we will share our registered address by reply.
