2. What information the app processes

2.1 Information you create

• Habit definitions (name, type — daily / weekly / monthly, day-of-month, target time)
• Daily completion check-ins and streak history
• Reminder times and alarm-sound preferences
• Monthly overview notes

All of this lives in the app's private Room database + DataStore on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

• Name, email, phone number — never requested
• Contacts, photos, files, SMS, call logs
• Precise location
• No analytics SDKs of any kind

4. How permissions are used

4.1 Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

Used to fire reminders at your chosen times. Scheduled locally via AlarmManager / exact alarms — no server involved.

4.2 Boot Completed

Used to re-arm your reminders after a phone restart.

4.3 Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, USE_EXACT_ALARM)

So reminders fire at the precise minute even when the device is in Doze mode.

4.4 Vibrate

Optional haptic feedback when a reminder fires.

4.5 Internet

Only AdMob and Play Billing use the network. The app's own logic is fully offline.

5. Where data lives

• In the app's private storage on your device.
• Optionally in Android Auto Backup (encrypted, restored only to your devices).

6. Subscription and ads

30-day free trial. After that, choose a yearly subscription via Google Play, or stay free and optionally extend access in 20-day chunks by watching a single rewarded ad (max 3/day). Reward granted only after the ad fully plays.

7. Children's privacy

Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Your rights

• Access / portability: view your data inside the app; export by screenshot or in a future update.
• Correction: edit habits from the All Habits screen.
• Deletion: delete habits in-app or clear app data in Android Settings.
• Withdraw ad consent: subscribe, or reset Advertising ID in Android Settings.

9. Data retention & security

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Stored in Android's app-private sandbox, encrypted at rest on modern Android. AdMob and Play Billing apply their own retention rules.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever a new feature materially changes the data picture.
